Leopard Yachts

The Leopard brand story rests on distant roots, dating back to 1600s, when the Picchiotti family began building boats in Limite sull’Arno, until 1935, when the Arno Shipyard was born. The war destroyed everything, but with patience and willpower they started over again. Here the first wooden Leopard was designed by Paolo Caliari in 1973, the beginning of a long series production that allowed the construction of about 150 yachts up to 24 meters from 1984 to 2000. In that year the new shipyard was born on the Navicelli Canal (Pisa), where the new models designed by Andre Bacigalupo, a pupil of Caliari, took shape. A path that has made it possible to produce about 300 boats of different sizes and models.
